Are you licensed?
Yes, Skye Real Estate LLC is a full service real estate brokerage in the state of Pennsylvania. We specialize in property management, real estate sales and listings. All agents/managers working with the company are licensed agents. -
Can I reach you after hours?
Absolutely, Skye Real Estate recognizes that property management is not a typical 9 to 5 business. We make sure accessibility and communication are our top priorities. Owners and tenants have access to the company after hours. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, we can deposit into your account -
Do I get to sign the lease?
We will sign the lease on your behalf. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes we represent both Buyers and Sellers. -
How and when do I get my checks?
Rent is due from our tenants on the 1st of each month with a grace period until the 5th. Late fees will be applied to any rental payments made by tenants after the 5th of the month. Once we receive their payment, it typically takes 3-5 business days to clear our accounts so that we can send out your payment. -
How is rent collection handled?
We have a online, easy to use platform that allows tenants to pay their rent in a matter of seconds, However some choose to mail or drop off at the office. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
The majority of leases we execute are for 12 months. The advantages of longer leases are much more for tenants. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Typically we ask for a security deposit equal to one month’s rent. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We can start the process immediately. Contact us so we can find out more about you and your property and see if we would be a good match for your wants and expectations regarding management services. We can do all the paperwork needed electronically and begin the process very quickly. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage all types of properties, Single family, Townhouses, Multi-units, Condos, Vacant properties, Luxury properties. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
Each month you will get a owner’s statement.
