Yes, we can deposit into your account

We will sign the lease on your behalf.

Rent is due from our tenants on the 1st of each month with a grace period until the 5th. Late fees will be applied to any rental payments made by tenants after the 5th of the month. Once we receive their payment, it typically takes 3-5 business days to clear our accounts so that we can send out your payment.

We have a online, easy to use platform that allows tenants to pay their rent in a matter of seconds, However some choose to mail or drop off at the office.

The majority of leases we execute are for 12 months. The advantages of longer leases are much more for tenants.

Typically we ask for a security deposit equal to one month’s rent.
