When is rent due?
Rent is due on the first day of the month. We give you a grace period until the 5th day of the month before a late fee is automatically charged to your account. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
Call our office for requirements. -
Can I use my security deposit for my last month of rent?
Security deposits are used to pay for any damage to the property, they are not to be used for payment of rent. -
Is the deposit refundable?
A deposit to hold the property is non-refundable. -

How do I pay rent?
Use the Online Tenant Portal, Mail or drop off at our office. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
PLEASE call the office to find out if your building is pet friendly. (check your lease) -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Please refer to your lease, most cases require a 30 day written notice. -
How do I request maintenance?
To submit a maintenance request or emergency maintenance request you may call our office, fill out a maintenance request online using your portal, or submit in person at our office.
